Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer flat-rate or calculated shipping to addresses within Canada.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen factors.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pioneer Prospecting is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If we are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box, we will contact you for an alternative address.
