Return Policy

General Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition— unworn, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. You must have your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Contact us first - All returns must be pre-authorized. Contact our customer service team before sending any items back.
  2. Return shipping - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  3. Restocking fee - A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns (waived for damaged/defective items).
  4. Processing time - Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Product-Specific Return Conditions

Standard Products

  • Must be in factory-new condition
  • Original packaging required
  • All manuals, accessories, and components must be included
  • Warranty cards must remain blank/uncompleted

Electronics & Technical Equipment

  • Unopened items: Fully returnable if original seal is intact
  • Opened items: Not eligible for return once packaging seal is broken
  • Must include all original accessories and documentation

Specialty Items

  • Custom/Personalized items: Not returnable
  • Modified items: Not eligible for return
  • Final sale/Clearance items: All sales final

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • PayDirt products (once seal is broken)
  • Clearance and sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Books and instructional materials
  • Consumable supplies (media, grits, oils, lubricants)
  • Used or modified items
  • Items with completed warranty cards
  • Products missing original packaging or components

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Inspect immediately upon delivery
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
  3. Keep all packaging for carrier inspection if shipping damage occurred
  4. We'll provide a prepaid return label and full refund (no restocking fee)

Trade-Up Policy

Within 7 days of delivery, you may trade your new, unused item for a more expensive model:

  • Full credit toward new purchase (original shipping charges not included)
  • Item must be in factory-new condition
  • Original packaging and all components required
  • Must contact us before initiating trade

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund or replacement (subject to restocking fee for non-defective items).

International Returns

For international customers outside Canada, additional customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your local import regulations before ordering.
