I'm Tim. And This Is My Story.

I didn't grow up dreaming about starting a business. I just went to the river one day with my best friend, watched a tiny flake of gold catch the light in a pan, and thought to myself, "This is my life now."

I haven't stopped since.

What The River Does For Me

In 2008 my life changed in ways I'm still dealing with today. A car accident left me with a mind that doesn't always cooperate. The noise, the pain, the negativity that comes with that kind of trauma doesn't just go away. Some days it's heavy.

But the river is different.

There's something about standing in moving water with the sound of the current around you and your hands in the gravel that quiets everything down. The busy world disappears. The weight lifts. For a few hours it's just you, the water, and the possibility that gold is sitting right there beneath your feet.

That's not a hobby. That's medicine.

Why I Built Pioneer Prospecting

I come from a good Canadian family. Middle class, hardworking, a few army veterans in the mix. The kind of family that keeps their head down, puts in the work, and gets by. I love them for it.

But I didn't want to just get by.

After my accident a lot of people wrote off what I was capable of. Maybe they still do. I don't say that with bitterness, just honesty. When you go through something like that, people's expectations of you change whether they mean them to or not.

I decided to prove something different. Not to them. To myself.

Building Pioneer Prospecting from scratch while working a day job and managing everything my accident left behind wasn't easy. But it's mine. And it's growing.

What I Want For You

I'm not a corporation. I'm not a warehouse. I'm a guy from Alberta who found peace on the river and wanted to share that with as many Canadians as possible.

If you're dealing with something heavy right now, I get it. More than most people would guess.

What I know is this. Getting outside, standing in a river, and searching for something real has a way of making the hard stuff feel smaller. You don't have to find a lot of gold for it to be worth it. Sometimes just being out there is enough.
